IMPORTANT NOTICE

Important Notice: Our first priority is to manage the water resources for our customers. We do so by providing the highest quality water at the lowest rate possible. There are many factors that are considered when determining whether or not to pass a rate increase on to our customers. 

Recently the Public Service Commission approved a rate increase of 30.48% for Missouri American Water Company. This increase has raised the cost of water that Public Water Supply District 3 pays to supply water to our customers. This is the single largest increase that District 3 has ever incurred.
